Superga platforms and a floral dress on a hot summer day
This month I attended a fashion event put together by Superga and Fiat. I went there with my best friend Kaja and we had a blast! We each got a pair of Superga sneakers as a gift and instantly fell in love with the brand. I’ve had a pair of Superga sneakers before (I wear them all the time) and you can check out how I style them HERE.
Superga is an Italian brand of shoes that was founded in 1911. The brand originated in Torino when Walter Martiny started production of rubber-soled footwear, marked with Superga logo. At first Superga made tennis shoes, but than it expanded and diversified.
My first pair of Superga sneakers was a classic white model 2750, you can get it HERE. I still own this pair and I think it’s perfect, especially for the summer. It goes well with jeans, shorts and every little white summer dress there is.
The model I got on the event is a bit edgier and kind of grunge. I secretly wanted to get a pair of sneakers with a platform, because I’ve become a fan of platform sneakers this winter as you can see from THIS post. I was happy when my wish came true, because platforms are so fun to style.
About my floral dress from Sammydress online shop
Honestly, I’m always somewhat skeptical when it comes to ordering clothes online. You never know how they will fit you and what kind of material you will get.
I was pleasantly surprised when I got this cute floral dress from SAMMYDRESS online store. I like the style of the dress and the fabric is very soft. It feels great against my skin.
Sammydress contacted me for a collaboration a few months ago and because I had a nice experience with them in the summer (check out my past collaborations with Sammydress HERE, HERE and HERE) I decided I will collaborate with them once again. I was not disappointed, since the dress you see in the pictures above already became my go-to dress for the summer. You can buy it HERE for around 13$.
I hope you liked this post! It’s quite short, because Miha (my boyfriend) and I are leaving for Naples, Italy in the evening (crazy preparations going on right now). Prepare yourself for a flood of pictures from Naples in the month to come ;).
